Ironman Dr. Rushil (TriMetrix )

Dr Rushil from Vijayawada completed “IronMan” competetion in Oct 2022 in Spain
The ironman triathlon is the most gruelling one day event which consists of 3.8 Kms of swimming, 180 kms cycling and 42.2 km running. He is a dentist by profession; and an athlete and fitness trainer by passion. His fitness academy is named Trimetrix.

It all started in 1997 when Dr. Rushil started competitive swimming. Back then, he had struggled to find good coaching guidance and a scientific approach to competitive swimming. Out of sheer grit and pursuit of excellence, he started gaining knowledge by reading books; developed expertise in the sport by meeting many top swimmers, improved his technique by continuously seeking suggestions from experts all over the country. During his undergraduate college days in dentistry, he started swimming coaching as a part-time job. His first student, Mr. Tulasi Chaitanya (Chief adviser, TriMetrix), bagged gold in the all India inter-university competition. Over the past 20 years, he had realized the value he could bring to the sport, to the beginners, and to all those swimmers who were on a quest for success. After finishing his M.D.S, Dr.Rushil worked as an assistant professor at SRM University, Chennai. He continued to coach students in swimming.
